How we do it
Three engineering choices, one direction: less heat loss, less energy to put back in.
___ Design
Designed to dissipate less, not to heat more.
Each machine is the result of specific thermal studies. Materials, geometry, and heating element positioning: every choice reduces the amount of heat lost to the outside. Less heat lost means less heat to put back in. It's physics, not marketing.
___ Insulation
A chamber that maintains the temperature, not just reaches it.
Our insulation keeps the heat where it's needed: in the tank, in the bin, in the work area. The tangible result: once up to temperature, the machine requires very little energy to maintain it. Out of 60 minutes, the heating elements remain on for only ~13 minutes
___ SOFTWARE control
Short, calibrated pulses. No wasteful on-off cycles.
Proprietary software manages the heating elements with micro-pulses. No long on/off cycles that waste energy to bring the machine back to temperature: a refined system, just small injections of heat when needed. It's the difference between a crude thermostat and a steady hand.
