Pre-grinding Mill
The PM60 Pre-grinding mill is an indispensable part of the production of nut-based pastes and spreads.
The machine is designed for the production of the semi-processed product (“butter” or coarse paste) for use as a semi-processed product in ball mill refiners for the production of nut-based pastes and spreads.
With this type of machine, it is possible to obtain a pre-ground product with a final size of about 200-250 micron.
The PM60 is designed to work with all types of nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts and macadamia nuts, etc.
The combined pre-grinding system of the machine consists of two successive stages which do not heat the product and thus, maintain its organoleptic qualities.
The production rate of 30-60 Kg/h varies according to the type of product input and the size of the product required as output.
