Automatic energy bar lamination line
The MINI BARS 130 line for the automatic production of cereal, energy and protein bars, etc. producing up to 60 bars/min.
This is the mini version of the large-scale automated lines for the production of bars measuring less than four meters in length that can also be installed in R&D laboratories.
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes the following features:
- PTFE Teflon loading hopper
- No. 3 adjustable lamination rollers
- Longitudinal cutting unit with circular blades
- Ultrasonic transverse cutting unit
- Bar separator belt on output
HMI operator panel for managing the work cycle with the possibility of storing recipes and remote connection (optional).
N.B. A compressed air connection is required with a flow rate of about 150-200 liters/minute and minimum pressure of 6 bar.
