Automatic energy bar lamination line

The MINI BARS 150 COOL WARM line for the automatic production of cereal, energy and protein bars, etc. producing up to 60 bars/min.

This is the upgrade of the MINI BARS 130 model with the introduction of a heating-cooling tunnel suited to the processing of very sticky or raw products that need to undergo a temperature-controlled process before cutting.

The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes the following features:

• PTFE Teflon loading hopper
• No. 3 adjustable lamination rollers
• 5-meter cooling/heating tunnel (5°C-60°C temperature adjustment)
• Longitudinal cutting unit with circular blades
• Ultrasonic transverse cutting unit

HMI operator panel for managing the work cycle with the possibility of storing recipes and remote connection (optional).

N.B. A compressed air connection is required with a flow rate of about 150-200 liters/minute and minimum pressure of 6 bar.
