Automatic energy bar lamination line

The MINI BARS 250 COOL WARM line for the automatic production of cereal, energy, protein bars, etc. producing up to 80 bars/min.

This is the upgrade of the MINI BARS 150 COOL WARM machine with the introduction of a longer cooling-heating tunnel and a bar separating unit after the cutting cycle.

The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes the following features:

• PTFE Teflon loading hopper
• No. 3 adjustable lamination rollers
• 8-meter cooling/heating tunnel (5°C/60°C temperature adjustment)
• Longitudinal cutting unit with circular blades
• Longitudinal bar separator unit 
• Ultrasonic transverse cutting unit 
• Transverse separator belt for bars in output

HMI operator panel for managing the work cycle with the possibility of storing recipes and remote connection (optional).

N.B. A compressed air connection is required with a flow rate of about 150-200 liters/minute and minimum pressure of 6 bar.
