The SMART dried fruit processing line is an intermediate-level solution in the range of machinery for the production of roasted dried fruits, cereals, powders, pastes, and spreads.
This plant is designed to process about 150-200 kg/day of dried fruits.
This type of machine is suitable for small production facilities.
It is a very versatile system that offers the possibility to produce many different products such as roasted nuts, cereals, powder, sugar-coated pralines, sugared almonds, nut paste, and spreadable creams.
The line consists of a roasting machine model ROASTR-30E, a grinding line model 100 PRO, a ball refiner model MILL-25, a 400 ECO nut paste sieve, a P2RE sugar coating machine, and a DRG-5 PRO chocolate coating machine.

Automatic granulator with adaptable cutting system to produce grain with consistently accurate caliber.
1 x Refining Machine Ball Mill MILL25
The Ball Mill - Refining Machine MILL25 is used for making / refining dried fruit paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, macadamia, etc.), for spreadable creams, chocolate, ersatz and pastes for ice cream / pastry.
1 x ECO series dough and cream vibrating screen Ø400 ECO - Ø600 ECO
ECO series dough vibrating screens are the simple and economical solution to the need for screening dried fruit dough to remove particles of pellets or any residue of larger than expected particle size.
1 x P2RE praline screening machine
Praline machine P2RE used sugar coating of hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, and all dried fruits in general, whole or in grains with electric heating.
1 x Bassina DRG5 PRO
The bassina DRG-5 PRO was created as an evolution of the DRG-5 ECO model (basic model), which works by exploiting air at room temperature where it is necessary to work at ambient temperatures above 20°C (such as in summer in the absence of an air-conditioned room) the DRG-5 PRO model equipped with a refrigeration unit is available.
