The SMART bar line is the smallest automatic system for the production of snack bars among those available in the Mia Food Tech catalog.
This is a system designed to produce about 1,500-3,000 bars/hour (depending on the bar size and recipes) manned by just 2 operators
The space-saving size and ease-of-use make it ideal for small production companies or for making samples in large-scale businesses.
The system can be upgraded with the addition of a heating-cooling tunnel, longitudinal cutting system and ultrasonic transverse cutting system.
The line consists of 2 x C1 AUTO cookers or 1 x C2 AUTO cooker which are combined with an automatic line from the MINI BARS series.

The MIA FOOD TECH cookers for snack bars/brittle are designed for cooking mixtures with the possibility of reaching very high temperatures (up to 230°C), but also able to work at room temperature.
1 x MINI BARS 130 automatic energy bar lamination line
This is the mini version of the large-scale automated lines for the production of bars measuring less than four meters in length that can also be installed in R&D laboratories.
