To obtain high quality dried fruits to sell directly or to be used as raw materials in the Food Industry. MIA Food Tech offer an reliable machine to be used for roasting / dry fruits ( nuts, almonds, peanuts, etc. ).
Nominal production fit for this model: from 50 to70 Kg / batch. Roasting/drying process is uniform during all the cycle, temperature is adjustable electronically while the heating system is by gas. Machine is completed by an extractor-fan.
MIA Food Tech’ s roasters can be supplied with:
- Conveyor belt with hopper to automatically load the product in to the roaster
- System to remove the combustion fumes and collect the skin of the nuts
- Transportation system to cool and clean the nuts after roasting
