Types of processing

The range of machines for nut-based pastes and spreads includes the following processes:

  • production of nut-based pastes with a capacity of 15-120 kg/batch
  • sieving of pastes and spreads to remove any granules
  • preservation, homogenization and storage of pastes and spreads
  • filling of jars with various weights from 50 up to 500 grams

With regard to the first category, Miaft stands out from the competition with the introduction of a cooling/heating system on its ball mill refiners featuring a jacketed tank and a refrigeration unit with a compressor and circulator for the glycol water solution. This system allows precise control of the working temperature and continuous, uninterrupted work shifts.

Other benefits of our ball mills include the volumetric pump for the recirculation and unloading of the product, allowing the use of recipes with high percentages of caster sugar. All the machine components are made entirely of stainless steel. The refining tank, mixer arm and balls are also made of tempered stainless steel in order to ensure long-term durability.
