Melter/tank for chocolate, pastes and spreads
ML 80/250/500 series melter/storage tank designed to melt, store and maintain chocolate and nut-based pastes and spreads at the correct temperature.
Available with three different tank capacities: 150, 250, 500 Kg
The melter features a product loading and inspection hatch on the top, with the gear unit located under the machine, for easy mixer arm removal and tank cleaning.
Manual drainage with ball valve (standard version) and the possibility of pump and pipe installation for automatic flow or drainage (optional).
Direct heating with electrical heating elements controlled by a digital heat regulator.
