Cooker for the production of bars

Cooker C3-AUTO used for the preparation of recipes in the food / confectionery. Normally used in the bars production process.

The mixing system with double planetary movement allows to properly mix the ingredients and homogenizing the final dough.

Stainless steel vessel with capacity  110 liters of water.

Double jacked vessel with oil and electric heating system with digital temperature control from the operator panel.

Digital timer and light signal to set the cooking time and mixing.

Head and vessel tilting to facilitate and speed up the unloading of recipes and for the cleaning of the machine.
