Turnkey systems
Mia Food Tech designs and manufactures various types of production lines for snack bars to meet the demands of even the most discerning customers.
These are production systems that consist of a combination of multiple stand-alone or automatic machines used at every stage of the production process of a specific product, i.e. from the raw materials up to the finished product.
The production lines consist of:
- cookers for mixing and cooking mixtures
- area for laminating and forming the mixture
- temperature control area for cooling/heating the mixture
- snack bar cutting area
In order to be able to offer customers the most suitable machinery for their needs or the production of their products, it is important to know:
- the type of snack bar (soft bars, crunchy bars, fruit bars, energy bars, protein bars, etc.)
- the size of the snack bars (length, width, thickness and weight)
- required production capacity (no. of bars/hour or kg/h)
