MIA Food Tech has a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic machines for coating whole and chopped nuts with caramelized sugar.

The machines feature gas or electric heating and can be combined with automatic systems for loading nuts, sugar and water. The finished products are unloaded by automatically tipping the tank.

MIA Food Tech can also automate the unloading of the product from panning machines (optional), onto conveyor belts for the cooling of pralines, and vertical packaging.

MIA Food Tech has a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic machines for coating nuts and other products with chocolate.

The machines are manufactured with cutting-edge technology, thus allowing the nuts to be automatically coated.

A dosing system is used to spray the chocolate onto the product which is combined with an automatic air blowing unit (hot and cold) and electronic temperature control to ensure optimal coating and a glossy finish.

MIA Food Tech can also automate the unloading of the product from panning machines (optional) and onto conveyor belts for packaging.
