Conveyor and sorting belts
The tilted conveyor belts are used to automate and move the nuts loaded into machines downstream of the process. The system uses belts with paddles and the dedicated loading hopper.
The linear version with the loading hopper is used to sort nuts. This process is carried out before and/or after the roasting stage to select different qualities.
The dimensions (length, width, height) can be varied according to customer specifications.
AISI 304 stainless steel structure and polyurethane belts with food-grade certification.
