The SMART line for spreadable cream is a mid-level solution in the range of machinery for the production of fruit-based paste and spreadable creams.
This plant is designed to process approximately 150-200 kg/day of spreadable cream.
This type of machine is suitable for small/medium production facilities.
It is a very versatile system that offers the possibility of producing many different products such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, macadamias, etc.
The line is composed of a ROASTER-15 PRO model roaster, PM60 model pre-refiner, MILL-25 model ball refiner, 400 ECO model paste sieve and DV500 volumetric doser.

The Roaster-15 PRO model roaster is designed for roasting and cooling dried fruit, oil seeds and for peeling fruit in the case of hazelnuts, peanuts and pistachios.

The PM60 Pre-refiner is an essential element for the production of dried fruit-based pastes and spreads.
The machine is designed for the production of semi-finished products (cream or raw paste) to be used in ball refiners for the production of dried fruit-based pastes and spreads.
1 x Refining machine balls mill MILL25
The Ball Mill – Refiner MILL25 is used for the production / refining of dried fruit paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, macadamia, etc.), for spreadable creams, chocolate, substitutes and pastes for ice cream / pastry making.
