The INDUSTRIAL snack bar line is the top of the range of Mia Food Tech’s automatic snack bar production lines.
It is designed to produce about 10,000 - 15,000 bars/hour (depending on the bar sizes and recipes) manned by 4 operators. It has a variable length of between 15 and 30 meters depending on the elements included.
The wide possibilities of temperature and speed adjustment in the various areas make this line suitable for the production of all types of snack bars, both soft and crunchy.
This production line can be configured to customer specifications by varying the layout and sequence of the modules.
The line consists of 6-8 x C1 AUTO cookers or 4-6 x C2 AUTO cookers which are combined with an automatic line from the LC 350/LC 420 series.

The MIA FOOD TECH cookers for snack bars/brittle are designed for cooking mixtures with the possibility of reaching very high temperatures (up to 230°C), but also able to work at room temperature.
