The Conca is Mia Food Tech's latest innovation, completing the "Bean to Bar" supply chain. The combination of heat, stirring, and circulation of the chocolate eliminates negative characteristics such as moisture and acidity, for a smooth, velvety, and homogeneous consistency.

The electrically heated vat, with a capacity of 150 kg, is equipped with a professional positive displacement pump to ensure constant product circulation. The internal conching system features double rotating orbital rotors that envelop the chocolate in a continuous and controlled vortex.
