DRAGÉES PANNING MACHINE DRG-30/50 PRO
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed for heavy-duty production processes. All the components are designed for problem-free operation for several hours.
- Frame and all parts of the machine in contact with the product made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Hemispherical stainless steel tank with internal mirror polishing treatment
- Centrifugal fan to blow air inside the pan to speed up the coating process.
- Separate cooling-heating unit for the air with a temperature range of 5-40°C: there is the possibility of working with hot and cold combined together, in this way the air blown into the pan is "dry" and the coating process will be fast.
- Chocolate spray system with adjustable height and tilt position. You can set the spraying time and delay time to work with automatic cycle. The tank temperature is heated with a temperature range of 20-60°C
- Electronic regulation of the bowl rotation speed.
- Automatic tipping of the bowl to easily unload the product after the painting process.
- Internal electrical cabinet with all components for Schneider Electric (electromechanical components) and Omron (drivers)
- On-board operator panel with all the buttons to control the machine's work cycle.
