Sorting belts for the selection of nuts

Inclined sorting belts conveyors are used to automate and handle the nuts to load the machine downstream of the process. The system uses belts with paddles and the loading hopper for the produtcs.

Linears belts version with loading hopper is used for the selection of nuts. This process is performed before and / or after the roasting phase to select the different qualities.

The dimensions (length, width, height) are variable according to the customer’s request.

Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel and polyurethane belts with food certification.
