The TM12-PRO tempering machine is the smallest PROFESSIONAL machine for tempering chocolate in the MIA FOOD TECH range.

The machine is designed to be stored in small spaces, it is built with the same robustness concepts as its bigger sisters.

TM12-PRO is equipped with a digital electronic panel to control the tempering cycle and volumetric dosing software function with pedal for perfect control of the product flow.

Thanks to the great thermal power of the tank it allows a rapid melting and tempering cycle.
