The START UP bar line is the entry-level solution of the machinery range for the production of snack bars and brittle.
This is a system designed to produce about 400-800 bars/hour (depending on the bar size and recipes) manned by 1 operator and a work space of about 16-20 m2
This machine is suitable for small production businesses, start-ups or for the development of new recipes in R&D laboratories.
It is a highly versatile system with excellent scalability which can be easily implemented with the addition of other tables or cookers to increase the production capacity.
The line consists of a C1 AUTO cooker which is combined with the temperature-controlled work table with cutters - one for cutting the bars lengthwise and one for cutting the bars widthwise.

The MIA FOOD TECH cookers for snack bars/brittle are designed for cooking mixtures with the possibility of reaching very high temperatures (up to 230°C), but also able to work at room temperature.
