The PROFESSIONAL dried fruit processing line is a mid-to-high level solution in the range of machinery for the production of roasted dried fruits, grains, powders, pastes and spreadable creams.
This plant is designed to process about 400 kg/day of dried fruits.
This type of machine is suitable for medium-sized companies.
It is a very versatile system that offers the possibility to produce many different products such as roasted nuts, cereals, powder, sugar-coated pralines, sugared almonds, nut paste and spreadable creams.
The line consists of a roaster model ROASTR-50E, a grinding line model 100 PRO, a ball refiner model MILL-50, a 600 ECO nut paste sieve, a P5RE or P10RE sugar coating machine, and a DRG-15 chocolate coating machine.

1 x Refining Machine Ball Mill MILL 50
The Ball Mill - Refining Machine MILL50 is used for making / refining dried fruit paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, macadamia, etc.), for spreadable creams, chocolate, substitute and pastes for ice cream / pastry.

1 x Ø600 ECO series dough and cream vibrating screen
ECO series dough vibrating screens are the simple and economical solution to the need for screening dried fruit dough to remove particles of husks or any residue of larger than expected particle size.

1 x P10RE praline screening machine
The praline machine model P10RE are semi-automatic machines, with a structure made entirely of Aisi 304 steel while the bassins are made of copper treated for food use, for coating with caramelized sugar dried fruit in general, both whole and in grains.

1 x Bassina DRG15
The Bassina DRG15 was made for the production of dragées, confetti and/or colored bassinati with production 10-15 Kg/h for artisan and industrial laboratories.
