Truffle Extruder
The “Tartufina” confectionery extruder is an innovative machine that exploits the pressure inside a cylinder to produce various quantities of products using special cylinders filled with chocolate, hazelnut, almond, truffle and gianduia paste, etc.
These cylinders (cartridges), prepared in advance to reach the right consistency, can be modelled into various shapes and sizes depending on the nozzle installed on the machine’s cutting unit.
From the operator panel, it is possible to adjust the machine pressure, product length (and consequently, weight), the speed of the pressing cylinder and all the other machine functions.
N.B. This extruder can also be used for other food applications such as cookie dough, cereal bars, gianduiotti, etc.
