T30 Cooker
The T30 cooker is designed for the production of nougat with easy-to-use heating elements that are simple to operate, suitable for laboratories and large-scale industries.
It is the mid-range model between the T15 series cookers for small artisanal workshops and the T75 series of large industrial cookers
The key features of the cooker are:
- Production capacity is 25-30 kg/batch depending on the recipe and the % of dried fruit used
- Cooking tank capacity 70 liters of water
- The heating system is equipped with armored electric resistors in a diathermic oil bath with a double-jacketed tank for "Bain Marie" cooking
- Working temperature adjustable up to 125°C
- Rotation speed of the mixing arm adjustable in a range of 10-100 rpm to adapt the machine to different recipes
- 3 kW three-phase electric motor for rotating the kneading arm with servo ventilation.
- Bowl, kneading arm, frame and safety protections in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Machine head in painted iron (on request in stainless steel)
- On-board electrical panel with Schneider electric electromechanical components and Ormon inverter
