Conch 150
The Conche is Mia Food Tech's latest innovation, completing the "Bean to Bar" supply chain. The combination of heat, stirring, and chocolate circulation removes and eliminates negative characteristics such as moisture and acidity, achieving a smooth, velvety, and homogeneous consistency.
The electrically heated tank has a capacity of 150 kg and is combined with a professional volumetric pump to ensure constant product circulation. The internal conching system is equipped with double rotating orbital rotors that envelop the chocolate in a continuous, controlled vortex.
