Caramelized coating

Coating whole or chopped nuts (or other products) with caramelized sugar via a combined process of heating and rotation. The caramelized coating can be made with different percentages of sugar, to obtain final products with a varying thickness of sugar coating, and at different temperatures to obtain a varying intensity of color.
