To meet the demands of the producers of confectionery and bakery goods, small artisanal laboratories or research and experimentation laboratories, MIA Food Tech proposes a series of space-saving machines suitable for lower production volumes, but with the same technology as the production systems.

This series of machines can be integrated into the existing production process and includes:

  • whisking machines for egg whites (with 12 liter and 20 liter capacity)
  • mills for the production of icing sugar
  • praline mixers and panning machines (production of between 2 and 7 Kg/batch) with two heating options (electric or gas)
