T75-1E Cooker
The T75-1E cooker is designed for the production of nougat with easy-to-use heating elements that are simple to operate, and suitable for laboratories and large-scale industries.
These cookers are designed for continuous nougat production over three working shifts.
The key features of the cooker are:
- Production capacity of 70-90 kg/batch depending on the recipe and % of nuts used
- Cooking tank capacity 150 liters of water
- The heating system is fitted with armored electric heating elements in a diathermic oil bath with double-jacketed tank for "bain-marie" cooking
- Adjustable working temperature up to 125°C
- Adjustable mixer arm rotation speed in a 10-100 rpm range to adapt the machine to different recipes
- Electric motor for the 5.5 Kw three-phase mixer arm rotation with servo-ventilation.
- AISI 304 stainless steel tank, mixer arm, frame and safety guards.
- Painted metal machine head (stainless steel on request)
- On-board electrical panel with Schneider electromechanical components and Omron inverter
