Machines for spreading out and cutting cereal bars, brittle or nougat

The lamination process of mixtures for cereal bars, brittle or nougat to create a sheet of product with a uniform and even thickness. The mixture can be spread out manually or automatically using dedicated lamination rollers. Cutting the product to portion it into bars or single portions of the desired size and weight. The lamination and cutting processes can be manual, thus ideal for small-scale production or creating samples, or automatic on a small, medium or large scale.
