The ROASTER-15 is used to obtain quality nuts to sell individually or use as raw materials in the confectionery industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MIA Food Tech offers an electronic machine for use in the roasting\/drying of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.). Production capacity may vary according to the type of nut from 10-20 Kg\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roasting\/drying process is uniform throughout the operating cycle and the temperature can be adjusted electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The electric heating is delivered by a modulating system to optimize consumption and allow precise temperature control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine is completed by a cyclone system connected to the roaster for extracting fumes, and a carousel for cooling and cleaning the roasted nuts after roasting.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
