The MILL50 Ball Mill Refiner is used to produce\/refine nut paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, macadamia nut, etc.) for spreads, chocolate, chocolate substitute and pastes for ice cream and confectionery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ball mill can hold up to 50 Kg of finished product with a production rate of 45-50 Kg\/h of product with a fineness of 20-22 microns and minimum 30% fat content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The machine features a cooling unit which controls the optimal product processing temperature and maintains the organoleptic properties of the ingredients used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The machine has a built-in heating unit used in some recipes and ensures that the residual grease does not solidify between the steel balls when it is idle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The recirculation circuit is powered by a patented pump that allows the production of liquid cream with a high percentage of oil and creams with a high percentage of sugars (processed and raw).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tanks, balls and mixing arm, made entirely of treated steel, increase the machine\u2019s overall production performance and help to ensure sanitization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The MILL50 Ball Mill Refiner uses nut flour produced by the CRICK-CROCK 100-4T chopping machine and\/or the nut roasting lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
