The \u201cTartufina\u201d confectionery extruder is an innovative machine that exploits the pressure inside a cylinder to produce various quantities of products using special cylinders filled with chocolate, hazelnut, almond, truffle and gianduia paste, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These cylinders (cartridges), prepared in advance to reach the right consistency, can be modelled into various shapes and sizes depending on the nozzle installed on the machine\u2019s cutting unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the operator panel, it is possible to adjust the machine pressure, product length (and consequently, weight), the speed of the pressing cylinder and all the other machine functions.<\/p>\n\n\n
N.B.\u00a0<\/strong>This extruder can also be used for other food applications such as cookie dough, cereal bars, gianduiotti, etc.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
