Cooker for the production of nougat

Cooker T75-1ESR is an electronic cooker easy to use and deal for big laboratory and industries.

This cooker is designed for continuous production of nougat on 3 shifts.

Production is 60-90 Kg/batch depending on the recipes mainly for soft and/or hard nougat.

This Cooker  uses optional as head lift-up movement and bowl rotation to save operators time in production. Mixing Speed rotation adjustable  by one potentiometer on the operator panel.

Vessel temperature controlled by one digital thermo-regulator on operator panel.

These cookers fit also for creams and jams receipts ( 60-90 Kg/batch).
