Chocolate coating machine DRG30 is made with a frame and bowl completely in stainless steel AISI 304 to coat with chocolate different food products.

Machines include:

  1. Electronical system to modify bowl rotation speed;
  2. Bowl rotation to unload final products or set the correct angle to coat;
  3. Cold or warm air blowing system with automatic set temperatures and possible air pipes movements ;
  4. Automatic chocolate spray system with heated tank for 5 Kg of chocolate with possibility to modify the spray intensity.

Bowl capacity: 40Kg

Nominal production: about 25-40 Kg/h final products

Electrical supply: 7 kW -3 phases 380 volt.
